Well'the service was awesome Felicia for being at a storage clerk desk where you probably don't get a lot of business on a daily basis there's a lot of people going in and out was upbeat had a big smile on her face was really helpful didn't look like she was having a bad day like every other storage lockers clerk I've ever met so it was really inviting and very you know helpful and her knowledge of the the locks and the box is just extra space storage thanks guys!!!

The price nearly doubled after a couple months of renting the unit (and took affect during the winter months when nobody wants to move things).

Using this facility for college apartment storage for our twin MCAD students. Easy access, clean and close to school. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the manager Riley for giving us a great tour and all the details, tricks and tips.

I got to work with the lovely Riley today! We had such good chats and they were able to get me a smaller unit than I originally wanted and at a cheaper rate! I called and got my unit within an hour. I would highly recommend! The units are also very clean!

Both staff and management is extremely friendly, communicative, and go above and beyond to give the best customer experience possible. Security is great, and I had a very easy time getting all my belongings into the facility (which is very clean, I should add).

Fairly nice storage place, I got a climate controlled unit that is pretty nice for the price being that it is conveniently located in uptown. The website was a bit misleading saying my unit would have drive in access which wasn’t exactly true. I was not able to drive up to my unit like I had thought. Only into the facility in a central location inside, where I then had to carry things to my unit. But one plus is they do have rolling carts available. Which helps so you don’t actually have to carry things if you don’t want to. The assistant manager Riley was very helpful and is there quite often and willing to help out in any way he can. That is also a plus! Overall I’d say not a bad place to go if your looking for a secure place to store your things.
