The Assistant Store Manager Hana was friendly and explained the contract highlights well. She also made sure to include my young adult daughter that lives with us and will be storing stuff sometimes without me or my husband when she explained the gate key pad instructions and location of the unit. The only hang up we had was the when we got in the gate a U-Haul truck was blocking our sight of the hallway path that would get us there more directly. Luckily there were carts available so we weren’t struggling with our storage tubs when we had to go around the long way. The storage locker was cleaned and ready when we arrived. Attached was a card of the checks they did on the unit to insure that everything was safe and functioning properly, which was nice to see. Only took away one star because it would have been wonderful to have a paper map of the location or a phone app, something to make it easier because once inside it can feel a little maze like.
