Clean place, carts always available, covered place to pull in to load and unload. I wasn’t offered the first month free as they began advertising the month after I signed up. Raised the rate within a few months. Leaving was easy enough, received email same day as I left confirming end of contract.

First time ever using any public storage & I went to the Empire Lane location in Plymouth based on good reviews. The employee who helped me was excellent...showing me the reserved unit to see if it was satisfactory, explaining other options& reviewing contract terms with me. The facility was clean and hours for accessing suited my requirements. Hopeful the first impression will last throughout the term of my rental.

I spoke with Deb today and she was so helpful! She helped alleviate a worry I had about moving. I did a lot of research on storage units. Extra Space Storage was the only site that was interactive so you could see what fits in the space. They also had YouTube videos to demonstrate what fits in a unit. This was SO helpful! Inside and Climate controlled as well, so I do not need to worry about my things getting dirty or ruined due to the elements. Highly recommend them!

I just had to call to rent a bigger unit, and Erin was so helpful and nice. I have always had good experiences here, but Erin was so detail oriented in a timely manner! I definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for a storage unit.

The process of getting a storage unit was so easy! I reserved a unit online and then within 1 hour someone called me and made sure I got the right size and understood everything. I moved my stuff in on a Sunday when nobody was there. It’s a very secure building so I felt safe! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

We could not have had a better experience with Extra Space Storage at a more challenging time! We had movers that didn't show up and had to frantically find a storage space and truck in order to close on our home in time. I was able to speak with an operator after hours who connected me with the location near us. Shawn was absolutely fantastic in quickly helping me secure a space and ensuring we got the best rate. The entire process was so easy - signing documents online, text communication regarding charges and easy access to our space. We felt so good about having our belongings temporarily stored.

After deciding online which storage facility to choose in the Plymouth area, I reserved a unit here. I immediately had a follow-up call by Shawn, who was absolutely fantastic in making sure I had the right unit based on my needs. The process for signing paperwork was very easy (and I was able to complete using my smart phone), and Shawn took the time to clarify any remaining questions I had after giving me a tour of the facility. I would highly recommend this location. It has great a stafff, a top notch building and very reasonable pricing.

i worked with shawn peterson-hayes on friday 6/19 and he provided absolutely outstanding service. I need to ship a car from los Angeles, california to plymouth, minnesota. shawn peterson-hayes helped me with booking an indoor parking space on 6/19; we completed the paperwork over the phone and signed paperwork through email link. shawn peterson-hayes was also kind and honest, and thanks to his advice I got a promotional discount as well.
