Sara was extremely helpful getting me set up with my storage space. She took the time to show me through the building to point out where the easiest entry points were and walked me through the door code process. Really appreciate her help!

Relatively easy first time experience. First time using a storage company of this size. Was a little intimidated by the large building and needed to find some help. Thankfully, Sara was in the office and was very helpful in getting me acquainted with the building and walked with me to find my unit. Would definitely recommend the app, the digital access is great, with easy access to your unit.

Great place- clean and tidy. One bit of feedback- I would say some welcome instructions would be ideal though (unless I missed them). This place has so many entrances- I initially went to the wrong one, and floor 2 elevator in the back of the building actually takes you up to like a level 2.5 or 3rd floor, even though it says level 2 on side of elevator door, so I had to take some stairs and carry my stuff to the next floor down. It's not far though. It's an odd layout at the back of the building. I found out there's another elevator from inside that garage that takes you up to the actual 2nd floor- even though both of them say it only goes up to floor 2 in the building, there is in fact a 3rd floor, even though it technically is not identified as the 3rd floor from the back elevator. It's weird how that is. No big deal- just was a bit of a hassle and confusing when I didn't know where to go at first. Otherwise no complaints, the place seems secure, clean, new, well lit and organized.

Jessica and her team at the Plymouth MN facility have provided outstanding service and communication. 6 months ago I quickly needed a place to store a family member's items as they transitioned to a smaller unit at their senior care facility. From the initial call to the front end support desk - (who correctly assessed the right-sized unit for me) - to the site tour - and then to the final stages of moving my items out and ending my month-to-month agreement. All of it followed the simple terms explained to me - so no hidden fees or headaches. Just a clean, well-lit facility that was so easy to use with trolleys waiting for me in the garage area where you park your car and go right to the storage area floor. Fully recommend the company - and fully appreciate the Plymouth MN site and Jessica's great service.
