I feel like their prices are high, and they’ve went up twice I think since I joined. It’s supposed to be temp regulated but it’s like 50 in the winter and almost unbearable to be in there which is ridiculous considering what the monthly price is. They also close at 10pm now which is a huge inconvenience

Good storage facility with reasonable rates and well-kept grounds. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Michael dealt with the driver in a semi, which was too big to drive inside. But it worked out and he checked up on me during the move-in, which made me feel safe. Jason was about the nicest person you could meet and also professional, knowledgeable & helpful. The unit is clean with a high ceiling to accommodate more stuff that can be stacked higher. I was well pleased with the clean unit and even had space left over. Very satisfied with this facility.

Erica, and Michael are the best! When we ran into a technical issue (my mom not knowing how to do something online to rent the storage unit), the Team At Extra Space got her permission to allow me to assist her, and everything went great! She's super happy with the space!
