It is a very easy process you can do everything on their app until after you rent a space online. Even when you go to the gate you can either punch the code or use the app to open it. The key is in your unit and you have two spares. Move out process is easy as well and all you have to do is call for a follow-up and they will work with you depending on the things you need there. Highly recommend this place 10 out of 10

Especially if you’re in the St. Louis area, Keith will take care of you! He’s been with them for years, has a pulse on several of the properties, is always friendly, he listens, and wants to keep the customer happy! Wonderful customer service is harder and harder to come by, so greatly appreciated when I experience it!
