I called the office very upset about an unexpected increase in the monthly rent payment for my daughter’s unit. As her mother, I was paying for her unit, however, the correspondence was sent to a different address. Ashley, Manager at Extra Space Storage on Forest Park Avenue, went above and beyond to help me. I was told she would contact her District Manager and ask about how she could help me out with this situation. I know I was a difficult customer, because I was beside myself about the almost 60% increase in rent, however, again, Ashley assured me that I would hear back from her or District Manager by the COB. Ashley contacted me directly only a few hours after speaking initially. She was able to help me with my storage unit for my daughter. Ashley was patient, respectful and supportive (more than I deserved), however I was so grateful for her kindness and understanding. Her customer service was phenomenal! I will remain a loyal customer and highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility not only for convenience and cleanliness, but OUTSTANDING customer service. I’ve renewed my lease/rental agreement with them because of Ashley. She represents exemplary customer service. I cannot say enough about her professionalism! Thank you again for your help today with resolution of this matter. I’ve also recommended this location to my daughter’s friends (who work at BJC) for location, convenience and customer service!
