Vinnie Pusateri, manager, is fantastic! Excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how to enter my access code, locate my unit & most importantly showed me how to make the cylinder lock work. Highly recommend to other WashU families needing a great space to store their students stuff. Nice facility - climate controlled

Had a great experience with Vinnie! He helped us switch from an outdoor unit to an indoor unit reservation, and answered all of our first time renter questions. He also juggled several calls and additional customers by himself with a great attitude. Would highly recommend.
