I've updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. Originally I left a 1 star review due to the fact the I rented a unit and prepaid for 4 months. As soon as those 4 months ended, I received a notice that they doubled my rent. Well within their right based on the terms of the rental, but pretty scummy that as soon as they could, they raised it. After complaining, my rent was lowered (still raised about 50% from the original rate, but acceptable), and it has stayed there for the past few months. The "correction" was never relayed to me, I just found out when I looked at what I was charged. All in all the facility is decent. I wish there was another elevator and a bit more space inside to load/unload (it's a bit tight inside), but the location is very convenient, and seems secure enough. I've never had an issue getting in or out. The one thing I still think is a bit scummy is that theyh force you to buy their lock when you rent from them, whether or not you need one. I had one that i could have used but had to purchase theirs to rent.

It is a great place I’ve had my unit here for several years and never had a problem getting in or out whenever I need to. Mike is an amazing manager, customer service is always top tier, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the store’s policies and procedures. I am very pleased with my service.

We arrived as a new renter and went to the office to ask some questions. Jay was helpful. Then we couldn’t find our rental unit. Jay came up and hunted around for quite awhile and finally determined we were on the wrong floor. Who knew that units in the 200s were in the lower level, not on the 2nd floor!!! Kudos to Jay for really trying and being helpful.
