This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with locker rentals and auctions. The young man Mr Jones at the front counter has Exceptional customer service skills and a smile that would brighten up anyone's day. He treated me as if I was a family member with his service. Thank you so much and from now on this will be the ONLY location I will rent at as long as he is here.

This was my first time using a storage space I needed this space for a friend who is displaced for a while. The staff has done a great job helping me keep cost to a minimum, and has enabled me to stay at one place long term. I've had a unit with them for coming close to a year now. The workers have been helpful and understanding. Even when I've been behind on my bill I've always been taken care of. They aren't even quick to sell your unit. Will always recommend

New manager Ronald Jones was awesome he is overworked and underpaid and deserves not only a raise but some help with that site because he himself working alone did a hell of a job helping me and others I saw alone. Thank you very much Ronald for your assistance I hope you stay at the site but they need to really get you some help with the site it's too big of a site to just have one worker and they know this

We had some concerns about some of our things being in a non climate controlled unit. We were under the impression that we had payed for a climate controlled unit, but unfortunately that was not the case. Despite the mixup the gentleman on duty Robert was extremely accommodating and understanding got us into a different unit and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our new storage unit. All of our interactions with the staff there has been great, And would recommend the storage facility to any of our friends and family.

She was professional, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. The facility itself is top-notch. It is immaculately clean and well-maintained, which gave me great confidence in the security of my belongings. Speaking of security, the measures in place are impressive and really made me feel at ease. One of the best features is how accessible the storage units are for unloading. The drive-through layout is very user-friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially with the outstanding service provided by Tyra. Five stars!
