Thank Goddess they actually have storage unit with a actual office where you can interact with a human. Crystal was absolutely a gem!!! Showed me several units and went above and beyond. Literally one of the best customer service experiences in a very long time and I am so glad I chose this after touring many and gave up on others because of the hoops. The service is human service. Thank you Crystal for a wonderful experience.

Crystal is so very helpful in finding us a unit in a deal that can match our finances at the moment we'll definitely be adding another unit yeah portfolio as our belongings have seemed to increase instead of decreased but I have all faith in her that she will find us a great deal in helping us move to something larger or to add a new one to it thank you so much Crystal for all your help

Originally I was well greatly supported by Mike and then I was upset with changes of the previous manager. However, our new manager, Ms. Crystal is just as phenomenal as Mike. Excellent customer service, she explains processes for me in depth. Suggestions on customer needs, I love it. I was ready to move and she absolutely retained me as a customer.
