This place has to be the best storage facility out there! It's clean, easy access and extremely secure. Their staff is exceptional! I have 2 units there and needed to go over my renewal dates on each. Shay did NOT disappoint! Shes extremely friendly, helpful and personable! Again.. Shay, thank you for all your help!

Excellent service at the Watson Road location in Shrewsbury, with special thanks to Nicole.! I originally rented a space in the beginning of January, with the intention of using it as a space during decluttering my home. Unfortunately some other things came up that caused me to delay my plans. I never moved anything into the space, but Nicole made sure to call me… a few times, actually, and thank goodness. I kept meaning to call and “move out” (since I never moved in), but things got so busy that I kept forgetting. If Nicole hadn’t called called me, I’d probably have ended up paying for at least a few more months, if not more! She was incredibly kind and helpful, and was able to cancel for me right there on the phone. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes. Unprompted, she even said she’d see what she could do about getting me a refund on this month. I highly recommend doing business with Nicole and I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received so far. As soon as I’m ready to tackle my project, I know exactly who I’ll be calling! Thanks, Nicole!! ??
