Lucy was very courteous, and so thorough! All of our questions and concerns were addressed, and we came away quite impressed. The cleanliness of the facility, its proximity to our home, and the fact that the gate is locked at night are all pluses. The only thing I am not super happy about is that the monthly insurance payment wasn't included in the rental amount that we were quoted.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They gave me a tour of the facility and showed me where my unit was and showed me how to use the locks. The facility and grounds were clean and well maintained.
