Owen was fantastic! When I walked in he dropped everything to give me a tour of the facility and signed me up for my new storage unit. Went over everything in detail and made sure I knew how to operate the keypads, doors, etc. A level of customer service I have not seen in a long time. Well done Owen!

So thankful to have reserved a storage facility here. It’s clean and feels safe. My daughter, son in law and I received excellent personal attention from Owen on a busy day. Prior to our “move-in” date. Owen gave me a welcoming phone call to check in and ask if I had any questions. Excellent customer service. I’m out unit there were other customers unpacking. They were pleasant polite and friendly. I chose this company because of the area and the rental fee. It is comparable it better than everywhere else I checked. We have a large space inside. The air conditioning works great and the key system is secure and easy to use. No creepiness at this storage facility. I’m happy with our choice.

Easy move in and move out — very seamless! We reserved the unit online, we picked up the lock and keys at the front desk which was included in the rental fee, then they showed me my unit. When I moved out they sent me a confirmation and an email and thanked me for my business. The process was easy and the customer service was great from start to finish. I would definitely use Extra Space in the future for all my storage needs.

I was in a bit of a bind searching for storage units in Las Vegas as I was relocating from San Diego to Las Vegas, that was until I came across Extra Space Storage on Racetrack, they had a great rate on a large unit and I reserved it on the spot. They were really great about communication, and even let me sign the lease a day earlier since I was near the area, Major Thank you for Mike the store manager who helped me out in the store and Owen for taking my call and helping me out with getting the Lease signed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Been a Client for Goin on say 18Yrs now = 3 Owners And with times the way they are they keep lifting the cost of the Room , WHAT New Owners Greedy ? Hard Up For Money ? ?? What ? They Cost Enough Before The Last Time, "My Opinion Is" That It's Not Really Cost Effective Anymore. Sorry

Owen was so awesome and incredibly helpful with the entire process. I had prepaid for the unit online and instead of just showing/directing me to my unit, Owen took the time to walk me through the facility and showed me the ropes. He even offered my poor, overheating pup some cold water which he desperately needed. This was my first experience renting a storage unit and I am super pleased with the prices, the property, the location and the customer service! If you’re looking for a storage unit, look no further!!

The great reviews lead me to choose this storage a few days ago and I paid for everything online. Today I finally got to swing by and had the pleasure of meeting Owen who showed me how to get to my unit etc. I can safely say that the reviews were accurate because he was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Also, the property was spotless. I met Mike on the way out, and he was very personable and professional as well. I appreciate genuine people so I'm glad we made the choice that we did.

Mike is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He’s so good at managing this property. He works really hard to keep the property clean and organized. I’m so glad I’m renting storage from him.

The place is clean and the staffing is Friendly. The only down point is there’s no lighting in the storage unit and you have to bring your own shop light.

Mike is so helpful and professional. The unit we rented is clean and just what we needed. I appreciate the security features as well. But any business can and ought to do that. It's the public-facing employees that really make the difference. I spoke with a young lady who answered the phone when Mike was with another customer.. She was very pleasant and helpful too.
