I had an incredible experience extra space, which seems funny to say, considering it’s just a safe box to store things in. But I have to say there customer service follow up was on point and a guy named Juan helped us find a cart when we arrived. It was super clean and how a unit came with a lock that is better than most.

Juan was very helpful and kind. I requested to View the unit I was interested in and he took his time to show me the unit and was able to provide good discount. Unit is very clean .

I dealt with Juan to secure a spot for my RV and he was fantastic. He called me within a minute of hanging up with their main reservation line, answered all of my questions, and was eager to help me book a spot. He was very communicative and helpful. The spot itself is covered and the best price we found after calling MANY places, even compared to uncovered spots. It is narrow, but we fit and the lot was clean.

I am not one who is easily impressed however I was very impressed by how clean and orderly the storage facility is. I would definitely recommend this location. Without Juan, this place would not be the place it is. Extremely helpful, kind and always prompt to solve any issues. Very attentive to any concerns, plan on keeping my unit for many more years to come. Thanks JUAN!!!

Juan is very professional. He keeps his floors clean. Always has a smile on his face. He is really good and for that I am still with this company. Facility has alarms and door are shut to avoid break ins. Thank you Juan for all you've done since you took over this place.

I needed an indoor space that was easy and convenient. Juan returned my call quickly and was most considerate concerning my needs and was very polite, helpful, and very informative. Once I had made it to the facility everything was exactly as I was told it would be and hassle free.
