One word to describe my experience with Extra Space Storage Amazing!!!! I have been in different states and have had to use various storage places. I have see this location upgrade and stay on top of innovations. I have to say it is all beautifully orchestrated by their Manager Juan. Juan has been nothing but helpful and understanding. Always willing to help and every time I show up he is cleaning.

From call to packed a locked took less than 4 hours. Juan really helped me out. The code worked and the storage had the lock. For all the stuff I've gone through moving out of town, this might be the easiest step.
