Juan the store manager of this location is absolutely amazing. He not only cares about his store but he cares about his tenants. My family and I wouldn't be here if he wasn't at this location. Only problem is people steal their carts and they are hard to find. However, that is not on him. All I can say is I know juan and his assistants do what they can to find them and have them available for our use. But there is always one person that has to ruine it for the rest of us. We have gotten rate increases and Juan tries to help. Even if he cant give us old rate he does what he can. That means alot and he is a great asset to this company. Honestly this guy is a hard worker and he deserves more than my recognition. My respect to you juan and your team. Thank you for doing your best and for helping me and my family always. We love you bro.

My Name Darwin K-Ingram I have been a member with Extra Space Storage for 12 years now. From 2010 when I actually lived in Las Vegas. However, Since then I have moved to a couple of different cities, & I now reside in Austin< TX. (However at this very moment, I'm still renting at Extra Space Storage, to this present day. 10/21/2025) Back then it was called something else, but now we all know it as Extra Space Storage. However, I wanted to focus on the last 10 years or so. My experience has been nothing less than excellent. The Storage Manager, Juan Amaia has been so very accommodating, on every level, & issue I've ever had. His resolutions are impeccable for me, he actually should be the District Manager, because Juan Amaia, continues to set high quality standards, on how, & what customer service is all about, & who its about, which is us the actual customers, rent our monthly space from, Extra Space Storage. Juan Amaia, I Want to personally thank you in all sincerity, for everything you do, for us all at your Las Vegas Location on 2205 Rancho Drive. To The Owner Specifically, If it were not for Juan Amaia, resolving every single issue I've ever had at your business, I wouldn't have stayed with Extra Space Storage for all of my 12 Year's, up until this very moment.
