Julia at Extra Space Storage is amazing to deal with. She is exceptionally sweet, knowledgeable and her customer service is bar none!! My wife and I were a little skeptical of the location at first, but after talking with Julia, we signed the papers for our new unit. If you're in need of a storage unit, you must come see Julia at Extra Space Storage!! She's amazing!!

I just use it because it's close to my house. It closes at 10 or 11pm. How do you think it's way too expensive for the small space that I got upstairs

Julia, the manager at this location 6175 Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas at the corner of Jones and Tropicana is fantastic. This place is awesome if you are considering Storage, I would definitely recommend you go to this location and ask for Julia. She is very nice. She is very professional and she knows her business well. I have been using them for quite some time now and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

Scottie has helped me in every way possible that he possibly can. He is answered every question that I need to be answered. His customer service is beyond an employee he is also a friend. Extra space storage should be proud of the employee they have working their name Scottie. He is went to make sure that my unit has been locked correctly and is not open so nobody would take my stuff. He has helped me change my address my card numbers everything he has done everything and it's timely manner while I'm on the phone with him he makes sure everything is sent to me my receipts. Honestly hopefully he becomes manager one day because he has all the qualities plus more great people person makes me feel comfortable when I go there it's like he's a family member he treats me like I'm a family member of his and I'm pretty sure he does this with all the customers and this is something that you can't find these days so I am very proud to say that he is a great person a great employee and hopefully I look forward to seeing him a manager one day. he makes me feel like I made the best decision by going to this storage unit off of West Tropicana I'm so glad I picked this one and he makes me feel so comfortable every time I call he's a blessing to talk to and he changes my whole day just a great person and a great employee
