A couple days ago I saw that I was not having access to enter the storage unit after a certain time in the evening. It raised a concern. Yesterday I spoke with Sarah. I explained to her my concern to Sarah and she was able to resolve it in a matter of minutes. Made my day and now I have to enter any time of the day. Thank you Sarah! ??

We had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage! From the very beginning, the price transparency was outstanding! Everything was clearly explained with no surprises or hidden fees. I love this place, it's clean, the people are very kind. But most of all they make it very easy to load and unload. The automatic doors are the best, easy to get in the building with a cart, and easy access to the elevator!??

I would like to highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Osa Blanco Rd. Not because of the cleanliness, security and ease of entry, it's because of Sarah Dorado. Sarah has always demonstrated a professional and courteous demeanor. She has shown compassion and upstanding. Moving into a storage unit can be for many different reasons. Sarah is so very kind, patient and respectful. We all have many choices when it comes to renting a storage unit in the Centennial Hills area.
