*Facility #1465 - Assistant manager, Leah Rate of overall experience: 5 ? I have to say my experience was top notch! We stopped in to get a feel for the place. We were greeted by Leah and her genuine friendly smile. We weren't sure about which size unit we'd need and Leah took us for a tour and answered all our questions, no pressures to pick a unit size, it was refreshing not feeling pressured. My husband and I wanted to talk over which size unit we'd need before deciding and we did so over lunch. We decided Extra Space Storage was our choice and I went online and reserved a unit and then drove back to the facility. Leah helped us finish up the process and we moved into our 10×15 the next day! Rate the facility: 5? The facility was big, well kept, easy access, climate controlled indoor units with elevators. They offer hand carts for moving your stuff easier. They were very clean, well lit halls and units, and the place is extra secure with code access gates and doors, and there are plenty of cameras everywhere. Did I mention that the assistant manager, Leah at facility #1465 is the best?! Well she is. Thanks Leah for all your help.

This place is extremely well run. Very clean and kept. Leah is awesome! I’ve appreciated her so much. She is patient with all of my questions, very knowledgeable and professional. Matt was also very helpful, attentive, and professional this last Friday. He works hard, always on the move around the property, yet still took extra time to assist me and provide options. I’m so glad I chose Extra Space. It’s a wonderful facility.
