The reps that i have spoken with were very accommodating & informative while providing me with friendly customer service experience. A smile and a laugh goes pretty far in ones life when going through turmoil. && while that's good enough for me there is also the app which is very convenient & has some cool & up to date features that will alleviate headache later on. I was provided with peace of mind knowing that I am afforded a safe space to store my belongings during my transition period. So far so good.....

The people at Extra Space Storage have been extremely helpful. I rented a space at the Bridgewater NJ location. The manager, Nicole, has been very helpful and accommodating with my situation. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
