This is a long overdue review for Extra Space Storage Manager Neil. Right from the beginning with my first inquiry which included many questions over a number of phone calls, Neil immediately and consistently followed up and could not have been more accommodating to the extent of both he and his peer Tyler extending my reservation until my customized lock was delivered to me from a company specializing in manufacturing high security locks and all of its components based in the US. (Note that Extra Storage also sells locks). Neil gave me a tour of the facility and the different sized storage units of interest to me, which was very helpful in coming to a final decision on the right size unit to best accommodate my needs. Neil also negotiated a good prepay price for me as I desired to lock in on a price for at least four months, under a prepayment agreement. For the age of the building and the units, they are well kept and maintained by Neil as well as the front office. Neil also offered me great insights, evidenced from his years of experience in the industry. In addition to the onsite ongoing security cameras, it was also very assuring to learn that there’s a partnership with the local police department who also checks the property every day at random times. I am impressed with the tremendous pride that Neil takes in his work and role as the Hackettstown, NJ Extra Space Storage Manager and his professionalism!
