Recently, I lost my job & apartment in MD so I needed a place to put my furniture. I’m staying with my family but my furniture can’t fit. I entered this place searching for storage. Edwin was really helpful and patient. He kept me calm and broke down the prices and storage space areas.

My experience with the employee Mr. Dorian Smith has been nothing short of outstanding. He has great customer service skills and always greets his customers with a smile. Dorian Smith gave me the knowledge of what spaces were available and the different sizes that were on hand in no time at all. You won’t regret asking for him !

Eric Patterson, the Assistant Store Manager provided Top Tier Customer Service!! He showed me multiple storage units, so I could decide which one was best for my belongings. Once I settled on the 5x4, I told him I would be back with my stuff and he would be waiting for me. And hour later I returned, he had swept out the unit, helped me unload my stuff and then placed my items inside the unit. Extra storage is safe, clean and great for those who are budget conscious. It’s close to me so I can bring more stuff at anytime before closing and it stays open fairly late. I recommend Extra Storage! A+++

The long story short is I did not plan on putting my stuff in storage but there was a gap between the time that one lease ended and the other lease ended and originally I was gonna go to a different storage place around the corner but it was chaotic there so I came to this spot and Kimberlys And Eric greeted me upon arrival I wanted to get one of the flash deals online and they told me I could still do that they helped me pick out the right size and help me get moved in very quickly and I'm so thankful for their health and very stressful time
