I came in the day after thanks giving, there were 2 people ahead of me and it had just turned 9:30am. Marlo was extremely prepared for what to anyone else would seem like a stressful situation. She handled everything gracefully, mind you my request wasnt an easy one, but she made it seem easy. I am extremely satisfied with this place!— update to a later date i called with some questions and Jake brilliantly answered everything.. these employees are top notch!

Marlo and Jake are nothing short of amazing! You would think these two highly professional and amazing individuals are the owners. They have always treated us with a high level of service and still continue to do so! Their effortless ability to communicate in a very detailed manner, has made our storage needs so much easier. In fact, it’s a pleasure going there. Their interior loading area is always well lit, clean, and stocked with plenty of rolling carts to utilize. Thank you again Marlo and Jake for being the best. We will always recommend and direct anyone we know to speak with either of you personally!

At first I was kind of disappointed when I called to make my initial reservation over the phone with the corporate number, they booked me with a locker that I needed a ladder to get to ?? I ended up calling back the actual location this morning & then I met Marlo & everything fell into place! She helped me find a unit & that wasn’t in the sky & reviewed the lease agreement with me! It also helped that she was so sweet! She really changed up the whole interaction, I was definitely ready to fight for a refund for something that wasn’t her issue but she really took a minute to give me my options & didn’t get frustrated with me, which I appreciated SOO much! Thanks Marlo, you really made my day! ??

Marlo is amazing. You see other customers come in and know her by name, which says a lot! She took the time to show us options, discuss differences of spot and help us decide. She was available for questions but they set everything up to be so easy. Their pricing is fair and very clean facilities. Great value for the money. Much better than U-Haul.
