Jennifer at the River Edge location was an absolute pleasure to be serviced by! She explained to my father and me all the rental unit prices and assisted us in all of our needs. I came here to help my niece move her stuff into a unit she just booked. After we were done, I went to use that bathroom. When I came out, my niece was conversing with the Store Manager, Jennifer Rodriguez, who provided her with detailed information and assisted my niece with setting up her future payments for the unit. Although, I’d been a loyal UHaul Storage customer for over a decade, I felt compelled to ask Jennifer what options are available for me and the kind of unit that I had with UHaul. She explained in detail what Extra Space can provide based on my needs and it was better all around. Hence, I am now no longer with UHaul anymore and now with Extra Space. This all thanks to the service of the Store Manager, Jennifer Rodriguez ????
