From the very beginning the representative was friendly welcoming informative and most of all went above and beyond to get me a great deal! I truly wish I could thank her in person she deserves an award and a raise for excellent customer service as it should be! I also work in the same arena and always try to provide the best experience for my guest and she was A1 in doing so from the beginning to the end! I really hope that management will acknowledge this representative and provide her with her just do as she really went above and beyond unlike the on site representative in the lawrenceville nj location whoever they are there they need proper training as a customer service representative and what that truly means! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT PROCESSED MY AGREEMENT SHE IS A REAL ??

I rented my first storage unit ever, and I am really please with the experience. The place is brand new, spotless and so nicely airconditioned. Drive-in, all indoor design is great. The manger Jason, was extremely friendly and helpful.
