I had a suboptimal experience at another Extra Space location, and then sought out the Westwood location for my storage needs. Andrew was very helpful -- not only with getting me set up in Westwood, but also with tying up loose ends from the problematic experience at the other facility. If you have storage needs in the Pascack Valley, I recommend contacting Andrew at the 15 Madison Ave. location.

Met with Andrew. Extremley knowledgable and was able to show us many options of different size storage space. We drove around and saw 4 places in the local area. We took a storage location at Extra Space mostly due to the comfortable feeling from Andrew..
