Online deal for outdoor storage was awesome in that it provided an opportunity to store our vehicles just when we needed it. The on-line sign-up site required insurance information that I didn't have yet, but Dylan took me thru the in-office procedure to add my insurance coverage vs using default (Extra Space) insurance. Looking forward to monthly billing to confirm I hadn't paid twice for insurance for month one. Stored the vehicle the same day and all appears in order. Aside from on-line anomalies, all was great. I'd recommend the Extra Space site for your storage needs.

Extra Space on San Mateo is always clean and easy to access. Dillon Garza has been my "go to" whenever I have needed to talk to someone. He has always either answered the phone, or called me back within a relatively short time! Having human contact is sooo fabulous! He has always been professional and I feel confident in having my valuables stored at this location. Customer service is so hard to find these days and he has gone above and beyond! If you need a storage facility, this is your place!!!!!!

Dillon, the manager, is wonderful to work with. He answers questions and concerns promptly. I've been a customer for a couple of years and never noticed any issues with the climate control and the facility is always clean.
