This was my first time ever getting a storage unit. Jack really made this whole experience a breeze for me. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. 10/10 experience!!!!! I would also like to add when I arrived, Jack was servicing a lady on the phone who was having a rough day and was pretty upset, but Jack went above and beyond to make this customer feel heard and taken care of.

We rented for a year. The items we stored were well preserved and very to little dust on the items. This shows the management team cares about the facilities environment and your stored items.
