Jack Moore was amazing when assisting me with leasing three storage units. I have a lot of belongings, to say the least which is a huge undertaking. Typically I move by myself, this time I had help, even my grand children helped me. Jack went above and beyond what most agents would do to make their new tenants experience smoother.

For about 8 years my 501c3 non-profit animal rescue has rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage located at 10880 Unser just north of McMahon in Albuquerque. Their entire property is always so clean and our storage unit itself is great. Recently, I received a notice in the mail that our storage unit’s rent would be increasing. This worried us greatly because since the beginning of COVID, donations to our animal rescue have declined a lot. A few days ago, we went to Extra Space Storage to give notice that we would have to move out of our unit because we could not afford the upcoming increase. Suzanne, the genuinely nice Store Manager, said she would do all she could to help us. After she spoke by phone with her Manager Daniel on our behalf, our monthly storage rent dropped even below what we currently pay. We are SO grateful in many ways. First, we depend on our animal rescue funds to provide ongoing veterinary care, food, and supplies for our rescue animals. Second, both my husband and I are seniors with many physical limitations due to recent serious illness. Moving lots of heavy items out of our storage unit would have been exceedingly difficult for us. What Suzanne and Daniel did means everything to us.
