When I had to get the reservation for a storage unit I asked the lady over the phone it how big of a storage unit I needed I told her all the things that I have and she assured me that a 5x10 would fit everything so I went in I paid for it I should have double checked with the guy before I did it but let me tell you Ruben was the best at helping me figure out that the 5x10 definitely was not going to fit everything that I have and helped me transfer to a 10x10 hassle-free he went above and beyond for me and I know I was such a pain without knowing exactly what I needed I know like five people told me a 5x10 would work for all of the things that I had and in my mind I could not comprehend that the 5x10 would hold a two bedroom bed sets like the whole deal dressers nightstand bed frames Flipboard all my boxes and everything else that I have a twin bed and a toddler bed it was not going to fit not even just the two bed sets alone with the queen size mattresses would not have fit in that 5x10 Ruben showed me two other units that were 10x10 and said that he wanted to make sure I left satisfied and I did thank you Ruben so so much for putting my mind at ease knowing that everything will definitely fit thank you so much
