Great location, a bit pricey in my view. My unit was also directly under a constant drip from melting snow - perhaps a leaky gutter? Access hours ends at 10 pm - there were multiple times during my house move that I would've worked deeper into the night if available. Finally, the access road into the facility is in poor shape - probably a landlord or city issue, but ESS should be pushing for repairs.
