Very friendly and efficient staff. The lockers I rent are only on the upper level above the storage units, so storing heavy stuff can be a little tricky, as you need to lift things using gangway stairs. The facility is clean and well maintained. The price is great.

UPDATE: Regarding the response from the owner, we have spoken with them many times in person and on the phone regarding this matter. We even spoke to the person who did the construction in the building and absolutely nothing was resolved. I'm not sure how yet another phone call would change anything since they are unwilling to offer us any professional cleaning or compensation. Emails are not answered. Nothing has been done at all, AND they are raising our monthly rate on top of all this. Do not store your belongings here. We discovered our entire unit was covered in construction dust (which can be very damaging to your lungs) after the facility allowed contractors to do concrete floor work in the basement to address a water leak, with no notice to tenants and apparently no containment whatsoever. Everything we own was coated. Clothing, electronics, baby items, appliances. When my husband went to the office to report it, the manager acknowledged what happened, apologized, and offered a $50 credit. We have since sent formal demand letters, made repeated calls, and gotten nowhere. The company initially admitted the source of the contamination and then claimed they had no idea where it came from. They offered to send someone to vacuum it up. That was their solution. Months later, nothing has been cleaned, replaced, or resolved. They refuse to put anything in writing. Every conversation is a dead end. This is a company that cannot be trusted to maintain their facility or take responsibility when their negligence damages your property. Find somewhere else.
