Had my reservation this past Saturday. Anna, I believe is the name of the lady who helped me. She was patient, attentive, charismatic yet professional. She wasn’t the typical customer rep who told you what you wanted to hear. She genuinely cared that I knew everything that were vital and essential to my needs—almost as though it was a tailored approach. She asked the right questions. She was there by herself and even though she was needed by more than one client, she kept a pleasant and approachable composure. Thank you for going above and beyond. It’s rare to find service in NY of all places similar to what you’ve shown us. If corporate is reading this, or her evaluation is approaching; consider giving her a raise. This is honing from a highly critical client.
