I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space Storage. Steven , who I spoke to on the phone, was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I met Shaquan in person and he showed me two units and I was able to secure one of the units. This all happened in one day. The rates are great, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Shaquan and Ann were phenomenal. Their customer service is top tier. I was able to transfer from one space easily and my daughter was able to get a space of her own space. My only complaint is the amount of dust the employees are inhaling during construction without a working HVAC system, seems neglectful to two great employees.
