I was never one to buy into the whole "you need insurance" thing, but for someone who owns an expensive mattress, I was happy to be talked into putting aside a reasonable amount each month to safeguard against moving mishaps. Frankly, it's just naïve to think that nothing would happen when you're taking your stuff out of the safety of your home and transporting it into a facility that I only visit once every few months and expect nothing could happen. Getting the $10k insurance plan was the smartest move I could've made. Thanks Jaime and Kerry for not letting me make such a bad call!

Fantastic experience! Now I'm no dummy. I'm fully aware that every single storage company does rate increases and especially when I was coming in with a 50% off promotional rate, I knew I would expect to see it go back to the standard rate in just a few months, which essentially be double what I paying initially. To my surprise though, I got to ride the promo rate for an extra couple of months before that happened. They even told me that I could lock it in for up to 6 months if I could pay in advance. I wasn't able to do that, but getting the cheaper rate for 5 months was perfectly fine with me! Thanks to Kerry and Jaime for always looking out for the customer's best interest.

Trust your instincts!!! Signed up and took advantage of promotion. I have asked the staff if I can reserve unit for a year to reserve the promo price, staff said "you don't need to, we don't see fluctuation of price for some time. Fast forward, less than 3 months, received a letter "your unit is increasing from 75.00 to 140.00. I was certainly shocked and disappointed. It doesn't take rocket science to LEAVE. Staff didn't even try to convince me to stay and adjust my rate to keep me as a customer, literally, NO push back. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Moving out and will not deal with them EVER! They must NOT understand moving takes time, man power, truck rental, and a lot of coordination, or they do understand it and take advantage of hardships
