I’ve been renting here for a couple years, and I love it. Heather is amazing, anytime I have any questions with anything she always has an answer and is able to help. She goes above and behind! The place is very clean anytime I go there! I highly recommend renting there!

I must say the manger heather was very helpful and polite I’ was behind on my payment and my property was about to get auction off heather work out a great deal for me and I was able to get my my property for a price that I can afford god bless her soul and if had to use a storage space agin they would be the first place I recommend

Storage unit is fine... I like the carts they have by the front door. It's odd that the part leading in the building is an uphill slope so apparently you're supposed to have your cart of stuff, put it by the door, type in your code, and watch your stuff roll down the hill because it's on a slant. :) I'm guessing those carts have brakes on them... I'll have to check... but that does get frustrating when doing it by yourself. Only complaint I have is that when I signed up, they made you order a lock for $25.. The lock they gave me didn't work. It had a front code of 0000 and when I tried to lock it, it didn't lock. It looks almost like they took off someone else's lock that they cut off, didn't know the code, and put it in an open container changing the numbers to 0000 thinking I wouldn't notice. An annoyance but I'm out $25 for a broken lock that I really didn't need.... I've left a message on their voicemail but still have no response. I called during office hours 3 times and have gotten no answer.... so I just went out and got my own combination lock after being told by their national customer service that it was OK to use. Otherwise, it's a decent area, the units are all inside, the elevators are nice and long, area is clean. No real complaints about the unit, to be honest. Just would kind of like my $25 back for the lock that I can't possibly use. Whoever left that padlock in the unit after inspection probably should be talked to. If you didn't have a lock to give me, just tell me and I could've bought my own which was what I was going to do anyway.
