She made the rental process easy and stress-free by taking the time to explain all of my options thoroughly. Asia has excellent customer service skills. She answered my questions patiently, made excellent suggestions based on my requirements, and ensured that I was at ease and well-informed at every stage. In customer service, it's uncommon to find someone so committed and sincere. Although the facility was secure, hygienic, and well-maintained, Asia's individual touch was what really made the difference.
