Where do I start. I’ve been coming to this facility since 2018 and I must say I am a faithful customer because the staff members are always super nice. Every time I come they always greet me and always make sure I’m assisted with all I may need. Jennifer is such a good leader in this facility , she Always assists me with such a professional and welcoming attitude. I needed help moving from one storage room to another and she gave me good advice to utilize my spaces they way I needed. She is super dope. Thank you Jenn for all your help !!!

Rin and Blue are really good staff members. Everytime. I come they always greet me with a smile and a great welcome. Blue assisted me on my room when it got locked because I was kinda late on a payment. When I called down for assistance getting the lock off , he came promptly so I didn’t have to wait long for him to come and made sure I was good with everything and let me know if I needed anything else he would be able to assist me. He is a very pleasant staff member. Rin assisted me in looking into a new unit space and was very patient with me as we went to view a few rooms until I was happy with the room that I chose. Thank you guys for your assistance!

Blue and Jenny were amazingly helpful! We looked at 3 other stores for wardrobe boxes, and only this store had some. Blue went the extra mile to get us the last wardrobe box, making sure we got one before the store closed. The service was prompt and Efficient and we would come back for our storage needs!
