The facility is very clean. Prices are good. Genesis walked me around showing me every unit I asked about to help me choose what’s best for me and my budget. Best customer service I’ve had in awhile.

I could not have had a better greeting than I had when I first walked thru the doors of Extra Space Storage! Gennesis immediately lifted herself up from her chair with the biggest smile and her hand in extended out as to offer me a handshake hello and asked how can I help you today? I felt like I had been a long time customer who hadn’t been in in a while. Within 20 minutes I had keys and a new storage unit and able to move in immediately. With the attentive professional and pleasant experience I received ,I was able to do business walking in and out within 30 minutes ! The best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Highly recommend this convenient around the corner extra closet !!
