I believe her name was Linda, was very helpful. The room was clean, except for the cob web hanging down. Wasn't scared. It was just the right size I needed for a decent price. I've been here before when it was "Bob's". I do recomend for storage. Thanks.

Great experience! it didn't work at first but the employee's that we were on the phone with help us to get the unit. would definitely use this service again. Great customer service!!!

The staff is very friendly and answered any questions that l had before l actually saw a unit. I appreciate all the help and willingness to be available if we need them in the future. The units are clean and easy to navigate. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a storage unit to go to them. Their rates are extremely reasonable
