The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions. Move-in was simple and quick, and I really appreciate the easy access and the clear communication. The Facility itself is new and exactly how it should be. Clean, Climate Controlled and Secure. That and the price would have got my business. If grades were a thing the Facility would score an "A". What ended up impressing me more were the Employees! They would have scored an "A++". Savannah was the first person I met. I was in awe of the kindness, professionalism, and knowledge she showed me. I signed up with her and the whole experience was like going to see a friend I've known forever. The next day I met another employee named Chris. Upon meeting him I was again pleasantly surprised by his kindness and professionalism. I had a personal request that he was more than happy & capable to make happen. Again it was like running into another friend! I can't thank both of them enough. It's awesome knowing whenever I go to my storage unit I might run into people that make it feel like I'm saying "hi" to old friends. Thank you both
