This storage space was exactly what I was looking for. The indoor space is very clean and climate controlled for a great price. Heather is fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this company.

I went to no less than 5 others companies before calling on this company...the main center referred me to the Williamsville location and informed me that the manager is Heather. Not only did she know I was coming, this lady engaged and provided me with a great corporate rate, explained everything in detail, and above all, had my best interests at heart. THIS IS THE ESSENCE OF CULTURE AND EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been self employed for more than 30 years and I can tell you , from the 600 employees I have either hired or interviewed, there have only been 12 like Heather. She deserves a raise for sure. Anyone reading this, go see for yourself. By the way, in her little golf cart, she showed me my spot.. GREAT JOB AND SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY.
