Alen was the gentleman that helped me receiving my shipment from CA and kept it in the "secured" area for me until I come to unload to my storage. Customer service at this location is top notch. I would recommend this location for all your storage needs.

Having my belongings at Extra Space Storage In Cary has been a wonderful experience. I'm going into my second year. The facilities are immaculately clean, prices are competitive, belongings are secure and I feel safe while on the premises. Customer service has been amazing. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Erin, Dana, and Alan. The customer service representatives have been on site. Which in my opinion is important & most helpful. Also All three were friendly, accommodating and exceeded my expectations. ??

I've used storage units across the USA for many years, in various states and cities. For the past three years, I've been impressed by the excellent service, cleanliness, and professionalism at this particular unit, largely thanks to the manager, Erin. She's always available and goes above and beyond to keep the place organized and address any issues. This storage facility is truly top-notch and worth every penny.
