Good experience with renting. Lucy was amazing! Great customer service from the time I walked in. Space is extremely clean. Hallways are well lit. Great price compared to other places I checked out.

I spoke with the manager Lucy Pharr today while setting up my storage unit. When I saw she literally made me week by making this process so stress free and easy. Such a wonderful and positive attitude she had. I felt like she really cared about my storage needs. Best experience I've had with customer service in a LONG TIME. When I first moved into the Extra Space Storage, Eastway Dr. Charlotte, I was received by Augusta. She made the entire moving in experience very easy and went beyond in her service, making sure that the movers new where to go, etc. Fast forward 3 years and I have returned to Atlanta. In coordinating my move and moving out of my units at Extra Space Eastway, Lucy jumped into high gear to help me out. She made sure that keys to the units were available tomy movers. She maintained a friendly can do attitude which made the stress of this move much easier. Extra Space is very fortunate to have her working for them. She deserves every star. Thank you Lucy.
