The staff are great and super helpful. The facility was clean and secure. Dollys are on hand for use, which is nice. This company jacked up our rent from $140 to $200 per month after we were in there for a month or so. Very unsavory business practice- get your stuff in and then raise the rent. I wouldn’t recommend them based on that, and I’d advise anyone to read the fine print about rate increases and see if you can lock in a rate for a year. Also see what the maximum allowable rent increase per year is.
