I have ran all over Cincinnati JUST to rent a storage unit, However Every Single one Quoted me a price over the phone, n Once I Arrived they wanted to charge me way more. When I walked into Extra Space Storage,, it was So diff then the others, I was Welcomed, Walked thru Every Single Charge, ( NO HIDDEN FEES!! YAY!!) The Lady that helped me, Named Trish,, She was A Breath of Fresh Air!! She is Such a Kind Woman, She Genuinely Helped Me with a Few Issues n Made renting one of her Units Soo Much More Smoother n She's a Very Pleasant woman to talk with, n Very Approachable! I'll Never go Anywhere Else Again. I'm a Long time Lifer with Extra Space Storage,, N Soley Due to Mrs. Trish saling the Units n Very Proud of representing the Company she Works for. I Feel, She Needs a Raise, n Probably Should become a Trainor for Future Employees!! I thank You from the bottom of my heart Mrs. Trish

From the moment I walked in the door, Trish was welcoming, friendly, courteous, and very helpful! She couldn’t have been nicer! She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. In addition, the facility was excellent and well kept and pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend this facility, and especially Trish, very highly! My only complaint is that I have to log in through Google and then go through YouTube to post this. I don’t care for that at all. Google is already too intrusive. P.S. Obviously not my real name, but I give Google and their snoops as little information as possible.
