Unit is always clean and grounds are well kept. Staff is very helpful and professional. When they switch from life storage to Extra Space Storage the service doesn't seem as good. They removed the rugs from the doorway as you walk in creating a slipping/falling hazard.

I rented the 10x10 and got the discount online. The process was so easy and no contact was preferred since I have a cold. I'm thankful for the phone call after you book to make sure everything is okay and squared away I really appreciate that. I saved a little money and got the unit I needed. You can't beat that. thank you extra space storage

FAST. CHEAP. EFFECTIVE ? if that’s what you need then come here. I looked all over this was my final place I called & I came the same day just from how he spoke on the phone. Good service ! Clean environment as well which is hard to find. THANK YOU ???? I’ll be a loyal customer ever since booking self storage from you.

EXTRA SPACE is now LIFE STORAGE. The new management at WEST 130 cleveland-parma unit. my happiness is difficult to describe. I had to depart the locker I rented for years. The manager explained my options and directed me to the best solution. I could not be happier 100 % good experience. The manager and employee listened to my issues and they helped me solve my issues. RENT AT THIS LOCATION. 100% CHANCE OF GOOD EXPERIENCE. TELL THEM ROB SENT YOU. I rented at a difficult time in my life, the manager listened and helped me feel less stress. He helped me to understand I was not in my problem alone, I had a partner in the manager and the employee working front. The extremely clean facility is maintained and very clean. The locker was not touched for many years and when I opened the door I could tell that my items were all there and exactly where i put them I am very pleased. Outside my locker is very clean and maintained. I received reminder calls for my monthly bill (thank you) for the reminders and when I needed help I got it with a smile. The phone was answered by a team member or bounced to another national human. I always got help and advice. I was at ease in my interactions with LIFE STORAGE, I thank the people that helped me to laugh when I needed it. I am happy and very satisfied with customer service, the employees, and the actual well lit space. when my family structure is changed again as life does, I have a place in mind for the storage solution. I have an experienced team ready to make my long term storage a smooth experience. I am a very difficult reviewer, I review very detailed problems too.I could not find any problems at all. Rare. 10+ A++++ number 1 experience and cost is very competitive. Location clean and well maintained and people working there are happy and helpful. Store there with confidence you will be helped and offered a solution that makes you happy. I can not express my gratitude here, I can say that my experience could not be better and when I need storage, I have a friendly business that can help me save money and keep my family valuables safe.

Beware, they'll up your rate 3-4 months of you renting with no explanation as to why. They will give you notice it's increased. I can only imagine if I was poor and they told me one rate then raised it less than a year later, less than 6 months later ! Went from $35.00-$56.00 ??
