The Website was easy to navigate and made everything seamless where you don’t even need contact with a person; however, I did go by and found the office staffed with a very kind gentleman named David. He showed me around, explained everything and just made everything very easy and comfortable. He certainly went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot some problems as well. I’m very pleased to have selected ESS for my storage needs.
