I had sent an email for clarification of something and Shyton Gilbreath the site Manager called back to respond. This man is so kind and soft spoken, yet professional, knowledgeable and always prompt. I believe he is a true asset to Extra Space Storage and I’ve met many of their employees over the last 45 years. We rented our very first unit from Extra Space in 1980. Great company!!!
