My daughter rented a small space for a very short rental (1 week) while she awaits her summer apartment to become available. Most of the process was done over the phone and online. We had some minor hiccups in the process but Valerie was very helpful in ironing things out for us. She was very helpful and patient. The building and unit were very clean and access was easy (when we finally went to the correct location!).

I had a wonderful experience at this location, thanks to Valerie. She was proactive and personable, ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved—even when the mistake was mine. Valerie made the entire storage rental process easy and painless, which can be rare. Highly recommend! Also, the digital access is lovely and makes it much easier and faster to get in and out.
