I would like to thank Steve Uchida and Tanner for all the help they gave me. I received a 63.00 increase from the Public Storage on Whitchazel which was Extra Space when I rented in July of 2019. Due to the increases which would be 439.00 in June I had to make a change. Unfortunately I’ve had to give away a lot of my belongings which has been hard. However, Steve helped me to rent a small unit for my special things and helped me to lock in a good price for 6months. Steve was so helpful and so fun to work with! Thank you Steve for helping to make a hard situation better. You are appreciated!

The employee was very courteous it was about closing time and he stayed a little late to help me get a storage space. He explains the contract with me and I was very impressed and grateful that he stayed late. Extra Space storage should be very proud to have employees that are dedicated and don’t mind staying late to help a customer, out. Thank your employee for the great job.

Best storage place I've ever rented from. Clean, secure, low priced storage in Aloha, Oregon. Right off TV Highway and 198th. Easy to access, was able to rent outside of normal business hours and was a big plus that it was between Beaverton and Hillsboro. I rented an outside unit, but their inside units were really nice also. I just needed drive up convenience. I think the security is top notch and I had access to our storage early and up until 10pm at night. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Shaw St were terrific. From the first day when I walked in to ask about the Storage units until I put my first load of stuff in storage, Steve, Michael and Jeffrey were outstanding. They provided accurate information on my renting options with no high pressure. They gave a great tour. They helped me learn how to access my unit.
